I just made an incredible discovery. I always thought that you needed fresh
seeds to make roasted pumpkin seeds, but I just found a way to use dried
seeds. It is very simple: soak seeds in a water and salt solution for about
two hours and then roast until crispy. I have found that the older AG seeds
taste better than the young ones, for instance my favorite is the Mombert
567.5 the 5 seeds I ate yesterday were better than the Ciliberto 697's (which
were good too). The Anderson 977's were still very tangy tasting, I think
they will be better eating in a few years. If anyone has any spare 567.5's
send them to me, I sure would like to sink my teeth into them.
