I found the best germinating box of all,  it is  called an old gas stove that
has a pilot light.  this keeps the oven about 10 degrees above the temp[ of
the room.  it is perfect for AG.  once they sprout,  the reised level of CO2
helps with plant growth.  try it out  I think you will like it.
