I got this HAPPY99.EXE file sent to me too. I'm glad to see you all
picked up on the fact that it was (at least potentially) trouble.
Just a word of caution most of you know already:
NEVER, EVER open ANY unsolicited .EXE file you receive! Wipe delete it
-- do not send it to your recycle bin.
