I grew the 897 Mcintyre seed. It was my first year as a pumpkin grower. The
plant was in the poorer section of the patch in regards to soil condition, and
didn't have near the recommended growing area. Yet this plant produced two
very nicely shaped pumpkins over 500 pounds. Still have a few seeds left from
the 585 if you are interested.
