Let me clarify... The GRANDPARENTS were the 1000-plus pumpkins. The
261's mama was the famous Lubadub 288. I will say that the 288 was an
aggressive grower that was great fun to watch. It faced a number of
constraints in my yard... Youall would have to get on the George
Webster video train to get the full picture. Some others on this list
grew the 288, perhaps they could comment.
If by chance anyone really does want 261 seeds, I'd be very happy to
send them, and no $$ are necessary. Just let me know. (Though maybe
Bob wants a commission - I'm surprised he didn't put his own address on
that last post!)
