DH is right, as usual.
Wait until the days and nights get out of the forties at least! I germinated a
seed from my big one of last year, just to see if it would grow, since it was
self pollinated, and after it got the good healthy start, I put in in the
ground. It has grown about three inches in two weeks.
No sense in putting the poor things out to shiver their sun loving little
shoots.
