SHOULN'T REALLY NEED A SPECIAL BLEND MADE UP FOR YOU,many commercial
products available on market for your needs. My own experience is this:
I till in 1 bag of 10-10-10 about 2 weeks prior to planting. Then I ues
Miracle-gro 15-30-15 on a weekly basis for 4-6 weeks. By late June, I'll
switch to a more balanced fertilizer(water soluable) in a 10-10-10, or
20-20-20 for next few weeks. By late July, I'm into fruit development
and will concentrate on that need.Wayer soluable 1-1-2 or 1-1-3 is good
here until end of year.I also foliar feed with Neptune Harvest on a
weekly basis. Did this last year for first time and I doubled my pumpkin
weight from year prior.(625lbs), so I'll be using this again. In the
fruit development stage, I went to local co-op,and got 50 pounds of
potash(granular) and tilled/ spread around plants. It was very cheap to
buy it this way. Hope this helps. Pumpkinpiper
