You can get it cheaper from books.com.  I use http://www.acses.com
to find the cheapest place to mailorder any book on the internet.  I've
ordered 10 or 15 books and Amazon and Barnes&Noble have always been 
more expensive than other options.  They also show the estimated 
time to ship, which can sometimes be significant.  In this case
you might want to pay the extra to get faster shipment.
