The Prince Edward County Pumpkinfest Committee is proud to announce the
arrival of their new website at
http://www.pec.on.ca/pumpkinfest/
We also particpated at the 1st Annual Ontario St. Lawrence Grower's
Seminar which was attended by approximately 225 growers from both sides
of the border....A great time was had by all with great seeds offered,
fantastic speakers and information. World Champion Gary Burke was
presented with the "Orange Blazer" symblematic of the Ontario Champion
Grower.
Port Elgin Pumpkinfest was the host site this year and they did a
wonderful job in organizing this event..It will be Sarnia's turn next
year and they certainly have their work cut out for them to meet or beat
the standard set by the Port Elgin folks.
