Root Bound Seedlings - Advice Needed

Gurus,
 
My seedlings are in 6" pots - they first broke ground 3 days ago and are on
their first true leaf.  I just noticed roots appearing at the bottom of the
peat pots - they appear to be root bound already!  What should I do? They
haven't been hardened off and appear to be too young to move outdoors (it
was 89 degrees on Friday) and too fragile to transplant to a larger pot.
Any advice is appreciated.
