RE: Oregon Update

Holy cow! How much land area must you have to carry 18 AG plants? Where I
live, we don't call that a patch, we call it a sub-division.

Silently they were planted in warm soil and silent they stayed.
Then the
next wave hit the dirt and what a difference. It is now May 11th
here in the
Canby Oregon patch and the first phase of P2K is over as all the
seedlings
are out and all the sites are filled. It was a difficult
germination year.
	I lost 3 697 Cilibertos, 3 730 Stellpflugs, 6 862 Hesters, a 914
Wier, an 815
Anderson, and 2 620 Blacks, and 1 801 Stelts. That really hurt the
seed
hoard inventory list. Biggest dissapointment though was and is that
no 730's
will be in my patch this year. Here is the run down on the
sites.....
Site #1- #888 Mombert- doing well.
	          - #930 Emmons, #850 Hester, #743 Hester and #887 Orr are
battling
it out for the other half of this site.

Site #2- #900.8 Lyons- Doing Well.
	          - #862.5 Hester, #611.5 Hester, #896 Goetz, and #800.5
Edwards
fighting for the other half of this site.

	Site #3- #900.8 Lyons #2- Doing Well.
	          - #815 Anderson- Doing Well.

Site #4- #697 Ciliberto- Just transplanted today.
	          - #850.5 Hester- Doing Well.

Site #5- #879 Holland- Doing Well.
	          - #946.5 Geerts- Doing Well.

Site #6- #793 Hester and #743 Hester battling for the right to one
half of
	this site.
	          - #1010 Mackenzie- Just transplanted today. There is
another
#611.5 Hester here too, but the Mackenzie looks really strong
comming out of
	the shoot.

Site #7- #801.5 Stelts- A little wimpy, but it is an 801.5 Stelts,
so ya got
to keep that baby in the garden.
	          - #968 Sproule- Doing well.

Site #8- #865 Mettler- Doing Well.
	          - #620 Black- Just transplanted today.

Site #9- #720 Hester- Doing Well.
	          - #935 Lloyd- Doing Well.
	Good Luck to all..........
