Need a pumpkin fix!
Thanks to those of you, especially Long Island Green, who encouraged me
and offered advice on the heat wave that arrived less than 12 hours
after transplant. WHEW!! Today, Wednesday, Lil Raybie has been in the
mound since Sunday evening and while his leaves droop ever so slightly
at the edges he otherwise looks pretty perky. Gotta backup, but would
hate to lose this one since he was my first. First legitimate, that is.
