List,
I downloaded a temperature recorder that I had placed in my temp.
greenhouses, and found out that temperatures from 11am to approx. 5 pm have
been over 100 f actually reaching 118 f. Have I permanently damaged my
plants? They look fine and are growing.  This has only happened for 2 days.
I have remedied the situation with better venting, but am concerned about
long -term damage.  Thanks for any comments.

I'm assuming that you had it vented.  If so 110 degrees are common based on
my readings in my Tomato enclosure that is 8' x 8' x 2' tall.  The probe may
also be picking up direct sunlight that would give a false high.  If the
plants look good they are fine.
