Pumpkin Time laps photgraphy

I was wondering if any one out there could make a time laps photography movie
of there pumpkin growing and put it on there web sight. This seems like this
would be possible if someone had a digital camera and somehow put it into a
movie. I don't know how hard this would be, but it would sure be neat to see.
Maybe there is some software out there that could let us do this? Any
comments out there on this.
