I have never had this problem before. It is getting too Late and I do not know what to do.

Brad ,

I paid $280 for lot 18 This years Auction.

I cannot get the seed to Germinate.

I have done the following:
  • Soaked for 8 hours On 5/3/02
  • Planted in 4” Peat Pot with 80 Degree Bottom Heat
  • When it did not germinate after 8 days, I filled the End a Little

There still has not been any signs of life.

What can we do?
