RE: More Help for a weigh-off...

I don’t know where you are from but out here in calif. Almost all of the local feed stores have these scales and I am sure you would be more than welcome to look at one if you just dropped by or called ahead

Subject: More Help for a weigh-off...

Hello helpful list folks -

I'm the one trying to organize a local weigh-off and have never yet witnessed one...

My newest concern is the scale. How big of a platform should the scale be? I have heard it should be good to 1200lbs and accurate to 1/4 - 1/10 lb but how big is this baby? Also, has anyone ever tried/seen a hanging scale?

If anyone has pictures that would accurately show what I'm trying to imagine, please email directly to me. I've never seen a tarp in action but understand this ought to be one of my first investments.

Thanks in advance for your help -

Kim
