tiny bugs?

It seems that there is something eating into the center of my seedling's seed leaves. I haven't seen any bugs. Any ideas what could be causing this? No major damage yet, but I don't want it to get worse. The plants are still indoors under grow lights.

Anything I should be spraying the leaves with?
