Hi Robin:
Depending on where you live and your experience w/ AGs-- 120 days to
maturity, roughly 4 months and are you planning to enter any weigh-offs??
They say here in CA, to have your fruit set (pollinated and growing) by July
10th and you should have a mature specimen by early October--(Elk Grove &
Half Moon Bay) But if you are just planting and growing for Fall decor &
Halloween, mid-June shouldn't be too late. Good luck & have fun!
