Soggy Delaware

Any hints on keeping my plants from rotting out in the miserable 
weather we'vw been having lately.  My plants have been in the ground 
for three weeks and I think they have seen two days of sunshine !!!!
I'd hate to lose them to the swamp now known as my garden.  All seven 
plants look healthy.  Michael
