soil test

Would anyone want to help decipher this one or suggest any recommendations?
I'm very high in most minerals except last year I showed low in iron. I added
ironite yesterday.
Soil Test results back from WVU:

N: Low
P: 209 VHI
K: 965 VHI
Ca: 7238 VHI
Mg: 558 VHI
