You should have your lights at least 8" away from the top of the plants.
Too much water? Sounds like it. I hope that you are using a good peat lite
mix which is a lot more forgiving than regular soil. With the plant all
wilted and droopy, it sounds more like a water issue that could be causing
pythium. The only way to treat for pythium is using subdue or another
fungicide that controls pythium. Back off on the watering, keep the lights
on 16 hours a day and maybe the plants will recover. In case needed, I
would start some back up plants immediately.
