RE: Atlantic Giant
Hello,
I can send you some seeds from the Georgia record of 698 pounds and 2 other
600 plus pounds pumpkins. These are not big compared to the ones grown up
north but they are good ones for the deep south. There have only been 6
grown over 600 pounds in Ga. Ray Upchurch
grew a 665.5 with a seed from the 698. The 665.5 is the third largest grown
in Ga. I think the 698 would grow a big one up north.
Where do you live.
Take care,
Doug Adams

Subject: Atlantic Giant
hello all, I'm very new to newsgroups but I am not new to growing pumpkins
in my backyard. My largest pumpkin that I've grown was 250lbs. At the
time, my youngest son was 9 and he was able to crawl right through. I think
I'm ready to take the next step. I have been reading and dreaming of the
Atlantic Giant. I have asked my sons to help me a bit and they suggested I
e-mail you.
I have no idea if I'm actually e-mailing people or a 'bot' (whatever that
is). Can anyone give me some guidance on how to acquire these seeds?
