Down to 28 here last night, windows covered with blankets kept the Squash  
family fine.  I've found that blankets over windows protect down to  18.  Apple 
Crop sustained some damage.  I still have 2 more years to  wait until my soil 
is disease free to try Pumpkins again.  The only ones  that are immune are 
Frosty (Bush Type) & Baby Bear.
