Hi Mike,
In your specific case, it's probably because you're posting from a
different email address than you're signed up with.
Each of your emails has to be manually approved before it goes out
(like this one), so there's often a delay.
That's the case with a lot of other people on the list too.
If you guys can change your email addresses to match it would help
a lot; then message flow would be instantaneous and I'd have a lot
less work to do. :)
