thanks for that tip...Noah( my 4 yr old grand) and I just planted 5 atlantic giants and they are just peeking thro the dirt this weekend...hopefully we havent watered them to much. any advice on what to do at this stage?? we are in PEI so they are still in pots in the house

Sounds like you are watering too much. When my seeds go in pots, I wanter them with 1 oz of water and thats it until the break dirt which is 3-5 days. The hot/cold fluctuation may hurt too.
