Re: 1997 Giant Pumpkin Contest

Please do not take this personally. We have all been written about. The
program that was used was difficult to read. I thought I would just
print the document instead of trying to read it. After the printer went
to 12 pages , I shut it down quickly.
Regarding information or Web sights that might be of interest to me or
my family, I am completely for it. We are all from different parts of
the country and/or worlds. We all have different interests as well as
different likeliness. I am the type of person that would stop and help a
dog on the side of a street, or speed up when a raccoon crosses that
same street.
I have changed over the last few years, sometimes I think for the best
and sometimes for the worst. For years I have tried to "get along with
neighbors" and I have been kicked in the face by these people for the
last time.
Try informing the people (the list) on where you are coming from. Let
the people decide if they wish to go to a certain sight to view
something that may be of interest to you.
I am interested in what all the people wish to say. That is probably
why I do not say "unsubscribe". I hope some day I can meet you all.
I took 3 of my employees and my self to Spooky world in Berlin
Massachusetts The cost was high and the hay ride was a joke.
When I speak to friends regarding this years ghoul rides, I, get some
real strange faces.
I spend a lot of time thinking up new themes for our Halloween ghoul
rides. ( Sorry but some one owns the words "haunted" & "hay ride"). I
still have young children come back during the next day, after a ghoul
ride from the night before, to see that there are no ghouls at Windstar
Farm.
(last year one of my helpers showed up late. He informed the driver on
the hay wagon that it was a scary ride. Boy did that group have it’s
money worth. You see the very first ride of each night is non scary,
unless we receive more people wishing to have a non scary hay ride. Too
bad no one informed this person that the young children on the wagon
wanted a non scary ride)
Even though Tiny Tim, has died, and was some what different, I can say,
at Spooky World, I met him.
At Spooky World I found some ideas that I could be enhance on. Like us
all we make a comment and others find something of interest to build on.
If any one has an idea for the ghoul rides, feel free to tell.
Dan Gardner had an idea and look where we all are now……
