I have never grown a Mombert and don't know the characteristics......are
they a slow starter and then start to rock.....or do they come out of the
shoot bucking.........grabbing for ground.........???any experiences???
well surgery went well last night as i separated the 1006 from the
977,,,mound ......gave both plants a shot of "super thrive"....and put up
wind break and shade cloth..........the big leaves wilted a little today
but the young ones didn't so I think we will make it.......brock
Joe Mills,,,,,,,,,there is a famous story of Bob Ruff growning a 803 in a
mound with another plant.........the practice isn't reccomended if you are
trying to break the world record.........and hard to keep the plants
separated........I have done it and popped a 600 and a500
