I had trouble with my first ones also, I found out that without
squeezing the majority of water from the paper towel (towel completely wet
but not dripping)
they wouldn't sprout.
When I done this, it took 24 to 30 hrs for seeds to sprout.
The first ones never did sprout.
I would try some more seeds if I were you.
Let me know how you make out.
