Hello list
I've never had this much success starting seeds before. Out of the first 16 I started only 3 failed to sprout. 2 Glasier 823's and one 779 Bobier. All others were sprouted in 5 days or less and all have been moved to the their new homes. The 779 had a very bad split on the sprout end and I didn't think it would go. To bad cause it was one I really wanted to try.
Now for the troubling news. Every one of my seedling came through the soil looking VERY VERY yellow. I have never had seedlings breakthrough the groung looking this yellow. After they have been outside a while (1 or 2) days they seam to be getting better. Anyone run in to this before? Anyone with some input on what it is that causes this? They really don't need any sun until after they break ground, right??
thanks for your time!!
