   My 2 cents on the Oregon Letter.....if in fact it is a true letter and not 
a hoax. Make a few calls and track down the sender of the letter. Call the 
person and explain that this is a club and people swap a few seeds. To offset 
the cost of shipping, a few bucks are sent to cover the shipping or a self 
addressed stamped mailer can be sent. Send the person a few seeds and before 
you know it, we'll have a new pumpkin grower on the list. I wouldn't lose one 
hour of sleep over this one. We'll either have a new gower on the list or 
they will be the laughing stock of the Oregon legal community. The State of 
Oregon will not be coming after a person who swaps a few seeds on the 
internet. They have bigger fish to fry.
