As I walked through the patch I noticed the seed shell that had produced a
plant and I got to thinking how much pleasure just seeing a giant pumpkin
seed brings me. In the fall where you did the carving there on the ground.
In the field where they were put to rest last year. In the patch where you
rototill some up from also rans last year. I see seeds almost every week
throughout the year,at one location or the other, just lying around. They
remind me of the great growing/gardening sport that we all enjoy.
