My name is Lynette and I live in Tyler, Texas. I am looking for a
recipe for candied pumpkin ( or pumpkin
candy ). My father in law is able to get this at a Mexican bakery in San
Antonio at times and he just loves it!
He has tried several time so duplicate it on his own with no luck. I've
tried to get the recipe for him,,,,, with
no luck. I've looked everywhere so I thought maybe some "pumpkin
people" might be able to help me out. I
thought it would make and unusual Christmas present for him.
