A big thanks to you all!
Many of you will recall a note I posted from a school teacher looking to hear
from you. Their project was very successful thanks to many of you who
responded. Here is a note of thanks from the teacher:
"I would like to thank you all for your help with my class project on
pumpkin growing. My children were so excited about this project and loved
getting all of your emails and photos and really felt like big shots when
you experts gave them cudos. They were also thrilled to get the giant
pumpkin seeds that some of you sent them. I also really enjoyed all of the
factual information that you sent us. I learned so much and can't wait to
do it next year, only this time with giant pumpkins. Why didn't any of you
warn me that this was habit forming? I feel an obsession coming on! You
were all so kind to have taken the time to write to them. You can visit our
