I'm not an expert, but I doubt that enough research has been
done on this "new" seed to even know if such a variant is
possible... I don't think it exists at this time.
What you might want to focus on is to cover your plants with
paper or plastic devices that will keep them warm during the
early season. I've never been to Germany (but I will be going
to Dresden in January) so I don't know how cold, but I think
your summer weather should be perfect. You are far to the north,
and this is good because during the peak summer time you have
long days and a lot of sunlight. This is an advantage for
you.
Try keeping them warm in April and May, and of course focus
on your soil!
You might want to look at "How to Grow World Class Giant Pumpkins",
volumes 1 and 2, by Don Langevin.
