speaking of big seeds...
I have a bunch of HUGE ones from two pumpkins that
I grew this year.
520 Tanner - 471 Hester x self
471 Hester - 946.5 Geerts x 935 Lloyd
365 Tanner - 865 Mettler x 471 Hester
865 Mettler - 946.5 Geerts x 567.5 Mombert
If anyone is interested in them - they
are yours for a SASBP envelope-
email me privatly for the address.
As for the question of if bigger seeds produce bigger
pumpkins, as others have stated, it is no... it's the
gentics inside that count. But big seeds are still
fun to have around.

.....................
I just received a few seeds from a grower on this
list,
and these seeds are ENORMOUS! I didn't even know they
could be so big!
Last year was my first year, and the seeds I got from
a
seed company were only slightly larger than regular
non-AG
pumpkin seeds. The seeds that I took out of my largest
pumpkin, about 120 pounds, are about twice the size of
the original seeds. Now these that I recieved in the
mail,
whoa, they are about two or three times the size of
the
seeds I grew.
I don't know if size matters, but I am looking forward
to
these big seeds next year.
