Re: leaves


Robert, I live on a ranch that produces seedles Thompson's for raisins.  
Pruning always occurs after the vine is has lost all it's leaves and is 
completely dormant.
This only happens after a few good frosts and consistent low nighttime temps.
Here in Fresno we traditionally prune in January. Depending on the weather, 
you could 
wait until February. Don't ask me how to prune, that is a science unto 
itself! It's been 
explained to me many times and I still don't get it.
