RE: 1009 pumpkin or Squash??
Does it really matter if it was a pumpkin or squash.
I think a 1000+ pound anything is great.
It came from a pumpkin and looked mostly like a pumpkin then I think it
is a pumpkin.
Does it mean that a pumpkin with extensive canaloping will be considered
a canalope?
Maybe we could take the weight multiplied by the % green and get a Squash
weight and the % yellow,orange multiplied by the weight and get the pumpkin
weight.
What I am trying to get at it a 1000 pound fruit is a great
accomplishment no matter what color it is.
