this one takes a bit longer and id a bit more work to make but i think
it's worth it pumpkin blueberry muffins : mix 1and2/3 c flour - 1 tsp
baking soda - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon - 1/2
tsp allspice - combine 1 c pumpkin and 1/4 c evap milk mix until blended
cream 1/3 c shortning and 1 c brown sugar in a large bowl add 1 egg beat
until fluffy then add about 1/3 of flour mix followed by 1/3 of the
pumpkin mix until all added now stir in 1 c blueberries and 1 tbsp more
flour this should make about 18 muffins bake at 350 for about 40 min
for a twist make a streusel topping by mixing 2 tbsp flour -2 tbsp sugar
and 1/4 tsp cinnamon cut in 1 tbsp butter until crumbly if you do this
topping only fill cups 3/4 full and sprinkle streusel topping on sorry
