RE: AG thoughts


I feel that selfing does not hurt plants nearly as bad as animals.
Animals in the wild useally are run out or away from the territory by
their parents. And therefore are most likely paired up with a mate of
differant genetics. Probably miles and miles from origen. 
 Now take the plants that are left on their own.
Their flowers are most likely pollinated by bees that just flew from a
male flower to a female flower on the same plant ! Or from another plant
beside it which is likely to be a sister plant from last generation.
Although animals and birds do carry seeds a long ways. Especially the
ones that got run off by their parents...
