I would say anytime now--don't leave them too long in the pumpkin if you
want to save them all--2 years ago I left my pumpkins on the front porch
with the seasonal decor- throughout Christmas, the fruit was fine, but when
I did finally cut them up and hauled them off to the compost, half the seeds
inside had sprouted!
