Weight estimation equations

Does anybody have the latest weight estimation equations from
Stellpflug/Martin? I'm not talking about the tables but rather the equations
that created the tables.. Len sent my his equations in January of 2001 but
they consistently calculate lighter than the tables he later published. I have
not had any luck contacting Len on the subject. Please reply privately.
