RE: 2003 Seeds Available-2003 BORDER CROSSINGS

Has anybody sent anything across the borders yet? I'm also a member on a
tomato list/group and heard of MAJOR problems this year. Used to allow what
was considered "hobby" grower amounts but supposedly heard that has been
discontinued; last I heard was everything needed a declaration of contents
(which means Genus/Species name) AND A PHYTO CERTIFICATE! I'll try to round
up some posts from an APHIS inspector on that tomato group or some links.

Subject: 2003 Seeds Available

2003 season is over as it is snowing here this morning:(

Here is a rundown of my seeds avaialable to all.

983 Needham 03 - Not the pumpkin that I thought was going to be my heaviest.
Grown on 805 Pukos - pollinated 845 Bobier. 358ott- +4.78%

931 Needham 03 DMG - This one was my biggest late Aug - cracked early Sept -
but must have been cracked long before that underneath as it leaked out
allot of fluids on its weigh to Spencerville fair and was quite deteriorated
inside after opening up. Suspect it weighed close to its ott est earlier.
Grown on 1064.5 Needham on a secondary 6 feet from the stump. Decided to
cross this guy back green - to get the green back into the linage so is
pollinated 895 Hester. 375 ott.

924.5 Rancourt 03 - This one was a surprise - might have been babying the
wrong plant as it was lighter than thought. Grown on 1236 Eaton and
pollinated with 805 Pukos that produced the 983. 378ott - 16.22%

834 Needham 03 - Big dark orange fruit with no guts! Grown on the 940
Mombert 98 plant that kept growing real late into Sept. Maybe the next 582
Hester?? Similar cross - pollinated with 845 Bobier. 379 ott - 25% light!

793 Needham 03 - Grown on 845 Bobier plant sec. which was one of my best
plants but could not get a main vine set on. Selfed this one. Huge seeds if
that means anything. 333 ott +4.84%

Cull 1 Needham 03 - another sqaush/pumpkin cross that I planned - grown on
my 963 Needham* plant - pollinated with 845 Bobier - could be a interesting
green producer for next season. Another fruit grown on a sec. that had to be
harvested early due to fruit damaged accidently by myself.

All seeds available to anyone-send me yours as well if you have them to
offer.

Canadians - send self addressed stamped bubble pak
USA - send self addressed bubble pak with a dollar to cover return postage.
