Soil
Hi all. I just got my soil analysis results back and I'm interested in
some comments. From my interpretation, the only change I need to make is
the OM content needs to be increased. The phosphorus is a little high
and I'm curious to get some opinions on this. I've heard that it can
actually burn roots of seedlings....
Here's the results:
pH- 6.6
Organic matter- 3.2%
Phosphorus- 5.3 lbs/1000 sq. ft.
Potassium- 53.7 lbs/1000 sq. ft.
Calcium- 190.0 lbs/1000 sq. ft.
Magnesium- 58.5 lbs/1000 sq. ft.
What do you guys recommend in the way of OM that won't leach the
nitrogen out of the soil?
Thanks!!
Brian
