Re: pumpkins DIGEST V1 #10

Marv, the soil test results and recommendations regarding soil conditions for
the given crop were included with the soil test itself. I told them what crop I

planned to grow and they made recommendations based on that. According to the
lab, my calcium, magensium, potassium, phosphorus levels are more than
adequate.....with the potassium level being slightly elevated. Per the guys in
the white coats, the OM is low......which is obvious when looking at my soil
and there is a nitrogen deficiency that can be corrected with any nitrogen
based fertilizer.

When I say the soil is ok in most areas, I'm just going by the recommendations
of more experienced AGP growers and the lab itself.
