The Day

This is not a religious holiday it is a friendship holiday and a day to
reflect

Here are some tad-bits from the first Thanksgiving

The Mayflower landed on Cape Cod 11-11-1620

There were about 50 Pilgrims and 90 Wampanoag present at the first
Thanksgiving

There was no pumpkin pie but there was baked pumpkin with butter and
cinnamon

Pilgrim children and adults only bathed a few times a year, as it was
considered unhealthy

Happy Thanksgiving
