2nd Annual GVGO Raffle
Dear Growers
It's that time of year again for the GVGO's (Giant Vegetable Growers of
Ontario's) 2nd Annual Fundraising Raffle.
This year we decided to mostly offer seeds that have proven to grow pumpkins
or squash over 1000#. There are a couple unproven seeds from our member's
pumpkins, but 95% of the seeds are proven winners. Here is a link to the

We are still accepting donations and adding seeds so check back often to see
additions.
Last year, every ticket won at least one seed, so here is a great chance at
some proven genetics. I'd like to thank the growers who sent in donations.
Your support is gratefully appreciated. I'd like to especially thank Al
Eaton. Al has retired from growing giant pumpkins & has donated most of his
best seeds to the GVGO. He will now concentrate his efforts on long gourds.
Thanks again Al for your wonderful donation, we can't thank you enough.
Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20. Draw will run from November 15, 2006 until
December 31, 2006. Draw will be held on Jan. 6, 2007 to allow for any
entries sent in on the last day. The PEC 4-H Club will draw the tickets. We
hope that you'll support the GVGO with a ticket purchase & a chance to win
one of these great seeds.
