Re: 11th Annual Bhaskaran Patch Free Seed Giveway....

I have thought that being in the hotter parts of California is a big
disadvantage. However Ron Root grew a 1535 pound pumpkin this year in Citrus
Heights which is in the Sacramento area. Sacramento gets hotter than a lot
of Southern California (the coastal parts) on most summer days. So who knows
what is possible down there?
