Chris,
You discussed finding that the pumpkins consumed more water than you
expected. How did you determine when they had enough. Did you measure how
much moisture was in the soil or look at how the vine was growing?
Also has anyone any experience with the electronic water and Ph measuring
devices? I have used a moisture meter and found it reacts very different in
different soil types. Are the Ph meters of any value or just a gimic?
