George,
I have remained quiet on this subject thus far. I do use a fair amount of
profanity, in private,. particularly when I do things such as step on my
main vine, put a large fingernail nick in my biggest pumpkin, leave the
water system on for hours etc... However we do have young people amongst us
and I do not condone profanity in public!
I would propose a basic test of comprehension. If an individual is
interested in subscribing to the group they must first pass a basic test.
That is they must subscribe, then successfully unsubscribe themselves. Upon
doing so they may resubscribe. I do not know if this could be automated. It
would be the only way it would work easily as no individual has the time to
manually subscribe and unsubscribe people constantly. Except maybe Duncan!
