Hi Team ....

My plants are just beginning to thicken and give good basal growth. It
look as though the runners will be starting very soon.

I have enlarged the glass enclosures around them and the early summer
sun shines well boding for an ambient spell . The promise of a relaxing
weekend inspecting pumkin plants and starting a good book only serves to
encourage me to go home early on this most halcyon of Fridays. 

I hope you all have a pleasant and happy weekend and a special greeting
to my Australian and South African friends - may your pumpkin grow ever
wider.
